FARMHOUSE CHOCOLATES: Farmhouse Chocolate's co-owner, head chocolatier and former dairy farmer Erlé LaBounty has been crafting delicately balanced, old-world chocolate confections out of his home state of Vermont since the tender age of 16.
DOUGLAS SWEETS: Douglas Sweets, a Scottish shortbread company, is based in the Green Mountains of Vermont. This women-owned business, made up of a mother-daughter duo, has introduced shortbread with a unique twist of chocolate, spice and exciting flavors. Producing premium quality shortbread since 2012.

Farmhouse Chocolates: 70% organic fair-trade dark chocolate (organic, fair trade: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter & vanilla extract) & Vermont heavy cream. See their website for specific ingredients for each type of truffle.
