FAT TOAD FARM: Our family business has specialized in making goat's milk caramel sauce for 14 years. Using only the freshest local goat's milk, the caramel (also known as cajeta) is made the traditional Mexican way, hand stirred to velvety perfection in large copper pots over open flames. Sweet, but not too sweet, toasty, creamy - a great addition to any dessert, fruit, cheese plate or spoon.
HERA’S BEES: A boy, a girl, their loyal pup, and a couple hundred thousand bees are behind this delicious Vermont raw honey. Located in the Green Mountain State, Matt Callahan, Christine Porcaro and Hera (the inspiration behind the dog/bee hybrid) are a small apiary selling their delicious honey to sweeten your tea, oatmeal, smoothies and of course, your day!
Wild Woods Maple: Wild Woods is run by one of our family members, Katie Amadon, her husband, Rob Niles and their two daughters, ages 5 and 8. Together they strive to produce high quality maple syrup while being stewards of the land. They love the hard work, connection to the land, time spent together and endless learning opportunities. Wild Woods Maple Syrup is made from the sap of maple trees in a sugarbush recognized by Audubon Vermont as a Bird-Friendly Sugarbush.
