Our velvety goat's milk caramel sauces (Cajeta) combine creamy caramel richness with the subtle tang of goat's milk to create an utterly unique, not-too-sweet dessert sauce perfectly paired with ice cream, fruit, and cheeses. Fat Toad Farm Caramel Sauces are a verified gluten-free product with a 12 month shelf life. Jars should be refrigerated after opening.

I don't normally like caramel, but this is outstanding - not too salty, with the intriguing flavor that the goat's milk gives.
After one taste, I went back to buy two more jars! I love how smooth and creamy this caramel is. It doesn't feel as 'sticky' or too sugary-sweet. Instead, it melts in your mouth and is the perfect compliment to snacks like apples or mixed in a hot coffee.
I made the salted caramel chocolate chip cookies by Sweet Phi and they were delicious! I took pictures if you would like them!
This is the best Carmel I’ve had in a long time! Great with vanilla ice cream and with coffee!
I just received my order today. Tried a teaspoon of it and it was so good. Going to try it in a caramel macchiato tomorrow.
