For the Goat’s Milk Caramel Enthusiast with Friends - a quartet of 8oz jars of our creamy, handcrafted goat's milk caramel sauce.  Choose from our five mouthwatering caramel flavors to create your ideal caramel combination: Original, Salted Bourbon, Vanilla Bean, Cinnamon, Cold Brew Coffee Caramel made with Stumptown Coffee Roasters' Cold Brew and our NEWEST addition Spicy Dark Chocolate Caramel made with Taza Chocolate's stone ground chocolate. Our velvety goat's milk caramel sauces (Cajeta) combine creamy caramel richness with the subtle tang of goat's milk to create an utterly unique, not-too-sweet dessert sauce perfectly paired with ice cream, fruit, and cheeses.

    My husband and I discovered Fat Toad Farm caramel sauces a year ago and now they are a most favorite treat. We like all of the flavors but the Original is the one we go to most often. These sauces are silky, very rich tasting and can be used in so many interesting ways. Besides just enjoying a plain spoonful, a simple dessert for us is some vanilla frozen yogurt topped with the caramel sauce. Sometimes we add crushed nuts or a small crushed butter cookie on top. YUM! We were able to visit the farm last fall during a trip to Vermont. We truly enjoyed our tour, saw the production operation, met some of the friendly, hard working staff, and were curiously greeted by several of the very endearing goats. It was a great experience and we thank everyone at the farm and all of the happy goats whose milk makes these sauces possible.
