Product Availability

Here at Fat Toad Farm, we strive to make sure all of our products are in stock and ready to ship. Unfortunately, there might be times where demand is higher than usual and we are out of stock, so we will email you whenever an issue arises.

Returns

Our primary goal at Fat Toad Farm is to produce high quality products and to ensure your satisfaction with your order. We will provide a full refund to your credit card, including the cost of return postage, for damaged or unsatisfactory product once the product has been returned to us. There must be a note included with the returned item identifying the issue. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item(s), we will replace it but you will need to cover the return postage of the old product and the outgoing postage of the replacement product.
