 Fat Toad Farm’s Goat’s Milk Caramel Sauces (the traditional Mexican confection known as Cajeta) are the happy result of combining a small number of fresh, simple, natural ingredients and a lotta love (and stirring).

Handcrafted with fresh milk from the family’s own herd of beautiful (and mischievous) French Alpine dairy goats, Fat Toad Farm’s velvety caramel sauces combine creamy caramel richness with the subtle tang of fresh goat’s milk to create an utterly unique, not-too-sweet dessert sauce, perfectly paired with ice cream, fruit, fine cheeses and baked goods.
